There is two type of doing things : Being original, and push things further.
Of course, doing something new is rare and hard. So, let's say it, in Forgotten Conqueror there is not a lot of new ideas. But here is how you can become a master of those tropes.
OP MC, Fantasy world, Reincarnation, Academy School and so on. We're used in this writing style. But Za1d3 make something not a lot of amateur authors are able to do : having depth. Everything is thought and you just have to look at "The World", an encyclopedia of his world to understand it.
Actually, you just know it when a Fantasy story don't start by "An earthling is transported to another world". Here no Truck-san, the easy trope, you have a local born guy : just having this setting is often enough proof that the author is more serious than the average, in my point of view.
Take pleasure to read this first volume.
Now I'm in despair, I was doing those epubs of Baka-Tsuki since you couldn't found them on their respective page. Now you can download them in one click... guh ~~
Well, I respect the work, I also work in a semi-automatic way, it's just that my generator is a generic one (working in the same way on Baka-Tsuki, Wordpress, Blogger, RoyalRoad or other webfiction hosts), so it need that I do some manual editing after, and still take me some time of work.
SO, I won't do "Baka to Tesuto to Syokanjuu" like I wanted to, since it can be found on the generator. BUT, strangely Mushoku Tensei is only up to volume 2. But well, I also found them on [tehflyingjam's dropbox] (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/76218144/index.html). Not too bad, lot of hard work off my shoulders, good for my reader ^^
I'll find a place to add links on other epub's makers
24 days since my Library have started. The number of visitors is steadily growing, and so the downloads.
Until now I used an external host for my files box.com so to reduce the load on my website. The thing is, in 24days, you used 25% of the monthly bandwith of my offer. and as said, it's consumed faster and faster. It look like safe for now, but I want to prevent the day where I'll face the message "you have used all your bandwith this month" ! Won't be fun yo have everybody unable to get the epubs and pdf, destroying the whole purpose ...
Well, in a way, I'm pretty happy, it mean it's successful o/
And it also mean, I'm moving all my files on the website host. guh~~ And I'll be praying the whole thing won't collapse ! Please hand me your prayers too !
Aside of that, I have changed how books in series are displayed. With the last big addition of Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, just displaying the serie page took 4 screens high of my laptop, ahah, definitly not good.
So I'll hope you'll like the new display.
There was an Anime, when I was still watching them (Aaah~ Good ol' time) that I remember, it was somehow original on his plot, light to watch and had a feeling of not enough when it ended. I then tried the manga to satisfy my thirst, but it was only disappointment.
Now, understand my surprise when I see it completed on Baka-Tsuki ! Of course, I couldn't let it pass, now it will be my next reading :D
Well, just one thing... I didn't remembered it to be so ecchi ... guuuh. I hope it won't be too horrible.
Even, for now while starting this Library, I'm also trying to gather at the best I can different style, and so, ecchi is a good addition ! I'm sure some will definitely like it.
Here my biggest addition so far.
This morning, I was casually browsing /r/lightnovels. Reading some discussions when I fell on that :
While we will mourn the loss of Noboru Yamaguchi, I propose for those who don't know about it yet, to read Daybreak on Hyperion. Akin to Zero no Tsukaima, apart it's not light, and not Japanese. Enjoy this excellent reading with the two first volumes while the author, Aorii is resuming the writing with the third.
This is the first release since I made the blog.. It means it's also the first post ! Hype !
This is also the first two books (not volume 1) to be made by my new awesome home-made program which make me go pretty faster (and also my work prettier, but you don't care).
So, this is a lot of first time. But all is good. Even with all those first time there won't be any problems and you can leisurely enjoy again the three first books of Altina translated by Skythewood.
(I love this name, "Altina", seriously, I'll go take a change sex operation right now so I'll can name myself like that)
